Pagoda Ryu is a comprehensive martial arts system built on a foundation of traditional and modern disciplines, including Karate, Taekwondo, Kenpo, Aikido, and Jiu-Jitsu. This seminar is your opportunity to train in the signature methods, drills, and philosophies that define the system. Day 1 – Striking Foundations & Application Kicking Drills – Explore dynamic drills that build power, speed, and precision in your kicks. Striking Combinations – Learn how Pagoda Ryu blends punches, elbows, and kicks into fluid, effective sequences. Sparring Shiai – Apply your striking knowledge in structured sparring matches with guidance and feedback. Day 2 – Grappling Integration & Ground Strategy Striking into Takedowns – Discover how Pagoda Ryu seamlessly transitions from stand-up to takedown range. Ground Defense & Control – Build essential skills in escapes, sweeps, and position management. Groundfighting Shiai – Test your abilities in live drills and grappling matches, using the principles of control and submission unique to our system. Throughout the seminar, instructors will emphasize key concepts such as movement efficiency, timing, and mental composure—hallmarks of the Pagoda Ryu style.
